Frederik Riar is an Assistant Professor of Management at the University of Bern, Switzerland. He held a Postdoctoral Researcher position at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, Germany and was a visiting Research Fellow in the Belk College of Business at the University of North Carolina–Charlotte, USA. His doctoral degree was awarded from the WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, Germany. He gained professional experience in management consulting and new business development.
