Research
My research focus is on the application of artificial intelligence in accounting fraud detection and company performance forecasting. In particular, my work explores the potential of unstructured data (such as social media posts) to forecast the financial and non-financial performance of companies. I have also conducted extensive research into the use of text analysis to identify accounting fraud, including detecting instances of greenwashing behavior.
I'm enthusiastic about exploring new and innovative research opportunities and collaborations. If you are interested in discussing these topics further, please contact me on a.mickovic∂uva.nl .
