People

I am convinced that nothing we do is more important than hiring and developing people. At the end of the day, you bet on people, not on strategies. (L. Bossidy)

We offer various courses in the field of human resource management. Based on microeconomic and behavioral economic approaches as well as empirical studies, you will gain knowledge in topics such as human resource planning, personnel policies, incentives and motivation of employees or teamwork.
